Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution • Form the specialist center for approx. 2,000 Windows systems, coordinate operational tasks organization-wide; act as an escalation instance in the event of complex malfunctions • Develop automated workflows for server deployment and configuration management (IaC) to consistently eliminate manual interventions • Design and build high-availability Windows server infrastructures; technologically advance management systems to stay at the cutting edge • As a security anchor in the Windows environment, implement system hardening according to CIS benchmarks; ensure compliance throughout the entire environment • Integrate programmable interfaces (APIs) to standardize value creation processes and increase operational efficiency <br /> What makes you unique • Degree as Informatiker/-in EFZ required; further training at the level of Fachausweis (FA) or Höhere Fachschule (HF) is a great advantage • Several years of practice in the Windows On-Prem ecosystem & operation of large server platforms; sound knowledge in PowerShell automation & orchestration (Ansible) • Proficient handling of security topics such as system hardening and CIS compliance • Routine in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) • Strong coordination talent; strong communication skills • Good knowledge of a second official language as well as English skills for technical exchange <br /> In a nutshell You can take over the central hub for a highly complex Windows server landscape with us and sustainably raise operations to a new level with smart automations and modern engineering.
