Specialist Finance & Accounting

In this versatile role, you will ensure the operational operations in finance and accounting and specifically develop reporting, processes, and systems. In doing so, you will combine sound financial knowledge with high IT affinity and actively drive the use of Power BI, automation, and AI.

Your field, here you can sow impact:

• Collaboration in quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the creation of the necessary evaluations
• Support of the external audit and preparation of relevant financial data
• Project management for the implementation and further development of invoicing in Abacus
• Construction and further development of Power BI reports and dashboards for financial controlling
• Collaboration in budgeting, forecast, liquidity planning, and multi-year planning
• Standardization and optimization of financial processes and interfaces to adjacent systems
• Know-how transfer for Power BI, Excel, automation, and AI as well as participation in cross-departmental projects
• Optional: Participation in the identification, application, and financial processing of third-party funds

You don't have to know how to drive a tractor, but you must grab a bull by the horns. Figuratively speaking. For this, you possess:

• a sound basic or further education in finance and accounting
• practical experience in financial statements, reporting, budgeting, and financial processes
• very good knowledge of Excel and experience with Power BI
• enjoyment of digital solutions, automation, data quality, and new AI applications
• analytical, structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• experience with Abacus or comparable ERP systems
• proficient German skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage
