What you can move

• Demand and consumption analyses: Conducting demand and consumption analyses to optimize material planning and procurement strategies, taking into account trends, seasonality, and planned-actual deviations
• Replenishment times and inventory strategies: Monitoring and optimizing replenishment times, stock, reorder, and safety stocks in the ERP system, considering material criticality, availability, and economic efficiency
• ERP system maintenance and planning parameters: Maintenance and continuous optimization of material master data, planning parameters, and lot sizes in the ERP system, as well as reviewing and ensuring the plausibility of the resulting purchase suggestions
• Defective assembly management: Controlling defective assembly management from inventory and consumption monitoring, through the planning of refurbishments and repairs, to the return of repaired units to inventory
• Inventory management: Analysis and control of inventory levels, including high runners as well as materials with low turnover rates (low movers), as well as identification and phasing out of obsolete stocks and participation in the implementation of inventory optimization measures
• Interface function: Close cooperation with AVOR to coordinate production dates and material requirements, as well as cooperation with purchasing to coordinate procurement processes, supplier management, and deadline monitoring

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in the field of materials management, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience in planning and inventory management, particularly in a technical environment
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
• Good analytical skills and confident handling of Excel and evaluation tools
• High sense of responsibility for material availability and process reliability
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and teamwork when dealing with interface departments
• Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speech
