YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Timely processing, planning, and management of obsolescence projects in an international environment
• Support of sales in LifeCycle topics on the vehicles and active participation in customer discussions and creation of technical offers for internal and external customers
• Planning and management of internal engineering and approval activities, including developing solutions to enable the operation of vehicles of different types and generations beyond their service life.
• Planning of solutions for obsolete components of the vehicles, in cooperation with the fleet management of the full-service locations
• Leading a motivated project team, which is composed of various specialist departments depending on the project, and ensuring high-quality engineering documentation.
• Coordination of the LifeCycle Project Managers

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a Project Manager to carry out and coordinate LifeCycle and repair topics in after-sales. You will take responsibility for developing and implementing solutions as replacements for obsolete components and systems. In this role, you play a key role in developing and implementing solutions tailored to customers. If you have experience in project management, a strong technical understanding, an interest in technical solutions, and can respond well to customer needs, we look forward to welcoming you to our dynamic team.

• Completed studies in the field of electronics, mechatronics, or equivalent training
• Experience in managing projects and, if applicable, program or portfolio management
• Team player with a high degree of social competence and commitment
• Many years of experience in the railway industry or plant engineering, ideally in engineering and approval
• Business fluent in German and English, other languages an advantage
• Willingness to travel (10-20%)
