Foreman High-Rise Construction =================== Your Activities -------------- • Supervision of skilled and unskilled workers, allocation of labor, coordination of work processes and ensuring adherence to deadlines. • Execution of demanding tasks (e.g. masonry, concrete work), setting up the construction site, storage of building materials and measurement. • Monitoring of work quality, rectification of defects, compliance with accident prevention regulations (UVV) and occupational safety • Preparation of daily reports, reporting system, recording of working hours and materials Your Profile ---------- • Completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer or another related apprenticeship in the construction industry • In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction, ability to read construction plans • Physical robustness • No fear of heights • Driver's license category B and a car are mandatory We Offer ---------- • Varied, interesting tasks • High degree of independence and diverse activities
