Job description
The daycare center Frohheim in the city of Luzern is a certified QualiKita institution and offers 38 childcare places for children from the age of 3 months until entry into kindergarten. As a Specialist in Childcare EFZ, you will work in one of our mixed-age groups with 9 - 10 children per day. You will accompany the children with a lot of commitment and expertise. To complement our team, we are looking for a Specialist in Childcare EFZ (80-100%) from January 2027. Your main tasks:

Holistic and needs-oriented care and accompaniment of the children
Process-oriented pedagogical work
Constructive cooperation in the team
Cooperative cooperation with parents
Administrative tasks as well as daily tasks in the area of hygiene
Your profile:

Completed training as a Specialist in Childcare EFZ
Joy and motivation in working with children
Willingness for lifelong learning
Professional competence and sense of responsibility
Independence, teamwork skills and reliability
