Your tasks ##

• Personnel management and personnel planning of 15-35 employees
• Responsibility for the training and further education of the team
• Implementation of customer orientation as well as sales standards in the branch
• Merchandise planning and merchandise presentation
• Participation in the success of the branch through the management of key figures

Your profile ##

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a comparable industry
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Enthusiasm for trade and experience in employee leadership
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and decisiveness
• High motivation, flexibility, commitment, and resilience
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
