tasks

• your main task consists of fermenting microorganisms and their further processing
• this also includes drying and grinding
• likewise you are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the machines
• furthermore you participate in internal and external product development
• the workload can, depending on preference, be 90 or 100%
• you work in a 1-shift operation
• there is the possibility to develop further towards product development or technological customer consulting

requirements

• you have training as a food technologist, milk technologist / cheesemaker, brewer, baker, butcher or equivalent (f/m/d)
• experience as a machine operator is required
• prior knowledge of fermentation processes is important
• likewise you can communicate without problems in German
• do you describe yourself as attentive, quality-conscious and reliable?
