• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Competent and comprehensive advice to private customers in the basic products of saving, transactions, investing, and retirement planning
• Reception and service of customers in the customer zone
• Active potential recognition and further referral of customers to the responsible specialists
• Development of need-oriented solutions taking into account the customer's life situation as well as within the framework of the customer-specific product range
• Sporadic support of our cash counter
• Cooperation in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns

• Completed banking training or comparable training
• Experience in the financial services sector
