In doing so, we create the basis for strategic business decisions and the future of the company.   For our Asset Management, our external and internal customers are at the center. It focuses on their needs and accelerates and simplifies processes to their advantage.     What to expect • You will independently manage a portfolio and be a competent and personal contact person for our customers, the sales organization and brokers • You will advise our existing customers comprehensively on all questions regarding mortgages and financing as well as procure all necessary documents for the mortgage examination • You will assess credit applications carefully and critically, check mortgage applications within the framework of the internal guidelines and contribute your own credit assessment expertise • Sound knowledge in the land mortgage business as well as in the valuation of real estate is essential for this task • You develop individual solutions and build long-term customer relationships   What you bring with you • You enjoy winning new customers and offering them real added value through your advice • You have a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship as well as several years of experience in mortgage advice and processing • Knowledge of the land mortgage business and in the valuation of real estate is present • Fluent language skills in German, Italian is a big plus • You convince through assertiveness, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking • You have a flair for improving work processes and like to participate in internal projects   What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
