As part of the continuous development of our company, we are looking to strengthen our Rossens (FR) team with a Workshop Manager in Construction Equipment Mechanics (m/f) Rossens Branch (FR) The position As a manager, you will lead the workshop, supervise and develop a team of 3 mechanics. You will ensure the administrative management of the workshop (quotes, orders, invoicing, SAP, tool management). You will also carry out maintenance, repair and diagnostic work on construction equipment as well as maintenance of customer machines and our rental fleet. Your profile You are a graduate in construction equipment mechanics, agricultural machinery or heavy goods vehicles You have several years of professional experience in the repair and maintenance of technical equipment You have already gained experience in team management You are comfortable and have experience in establishing quotes, invoicing and mastering the use of computer systems, with ideally knowledge of SAP You know how to work in a team, you like to have responsibilities You appreciate direct contact with the customer and are commercially at ease Category B driver's license (car) We offer you We offer you a position of responsibility in a renowned, traditional company with a valuing corporate culture.
