Apprentice Medical Assistant CFC

During your apprenticeship, you will discover the different facets of the medical assistant profession within our medical centers and consultations.

Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will progressively develop the skills necessary for the practice of your future profession.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Welcoming and orienting patients.
• Participating in the administrative management of consultations and appointments.
• Ensuring various medical secretarial tasks.
• Assisting doctors during consultations and examinations.
• Performing certain medico-technical acts as part of your training.
• Using IT tools and medical management software.
• Respecting the current rules of confidentiality, hygiene, and safety.
• Developing your professional skills and your autonomy throughout your apprenticeship.

You are completing your compulsory schooling and wish to discover the world of work. You are interested in the healthcare field and enjoy human contact. You like to learn, discover new things, and invest yourself in what you undertake. You are a person who can be relied upon and you enjoy working with other people. Finally, you are comfortable with everyday IT tools and motivated to build your professional future.

This training will allow you to acquire experience, develop new skills, and take your first steps in a stimulating and enriching environment.

During your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to discover different areas of outpatient medical practice, develop your autonomy, and progressively build your professional experience.
