As part of our industrial specialization, we are supporting an SME operating in the watchmaking sector recognized in the canton of Neuchâtel.

In order to durably strengthen its teams, our partner has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future: Methods Agent M/F

You will join a human-sized company, recognized for its technical expertise, its managerial proximity, and the quality of its achievements.

Your tasks:

• Be responsible for machining processes and the analysis of malfunctions in production
• Follow-up of technical projects and financial analysis
• Definition of operating ranges and management of the ERP
• Creation of instruction sheets and keeping them up to date
• Ensure the conformity of nomenclatures
• Establish price offers
• Provide technical support to production
• Design of small tools, drafting, and CNC programming

Your profile:

• CFC Technique (Micromechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic) or training deemed equivalent
• 5 years of experience in industry
• You have knowledge in machine setting (conventional and CNC)
• Mastery of usual IT tools
• Having knowledge of Solidworks and Gibbscam tools, an asset
• Dynamic personality, you are proactive and have an excellent sense of organization
• Excellent team spirit, however you know how to be autonomous on complex tasks
