You will contribute to making the digital collaboration of our customers stable, secure, and future-proof, and you will actively contribute your know-how to operations, projects, and the further development of modern Collaboration solutions. Your tasks Implementation of modern Collaboration solutions around Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online, from requirements analysis to successful implementation. Together with our customers, design modern Microsoft 365 environments with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Loop, Planner as well as suitable information architectures, permission and governance concepts. Lead SharePoint migrations to success and seamlessly transfer content, structures, and permissions into the Microsoft 365 environment. Accompany Exchange Online projects, from migrations and configurations to operations and further development. Drive modern communication forward and realize Teams telephony projects for networked collaboration. Work at eye level with customers and internal teams and contribute your know-how to projects, Managed Services and operations. Your profile You bring at least 5 years of practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and have already accompanied projects from conception through migration to successful implementation. Completed IT training/further education (HF, FH or similar). Microsoft 365 telephony and Teams, governance, permission concepts, collaboration structures and lifecycle management are among your specialties. You enjoy advising our customers and accompanying them with your expertise on the path to the modern digital working world.
