Les Guernerés, a warm and convivial establishment located in Grimentz, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Second de Cuisine (M/F) to complete its team. If you love working with fresh, high-quality products in an exceptional setting in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this opportunity is made for you! Your mission: • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in the daily management of the brigade. • Actively participate in the preparation of dishes, respecting quality and presentation standards. • Be proactive in the development of new menus and daily suggestions. • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. • Supervise and train team members in the absence of the Chef. Your profile: • Proven experience as a Second de Cuisine or in a similar position. • Passion for gastronomy and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a team and under pressure. • Knowledge of HACCP standards. • Initiative and a desire to contribute to the evolution of our culinary offering.
