Our versatile, modern Medical Center is located directly at the Kriens Mattenhof S-Bahn stop. The Mattenhof micro-location attracts with a diverse range of sports, shopping, and catering options.

Around 30 employees from the disciplines of General Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Diabetology as well as Ophthalmology with Orthoptics, Orthopaedics and Allergology work together interprofessionally. In addition, we operate a public pharmacy integrated into the Medical Center. We maintain close cooperation with our partners Oviva as well as with Medbase Luzern Allmend. At Medbase Kriens Mattenhof, we pay attention to a balanced work-life balance.

What you can achieve ##

As a medical secretary at our ophthalmology reception, you are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure a friendly and professional reception.

Your organizational talent and your discretion contribute to the consultation hours functioning optimally and allowing the medical team to concentrate on the patients.

Your tasks

• Friendly and professional reception of our patients as well as careful maintenance of patient dossiers
• Independent performance of ophthalmological technical measurements
• Telephone triage of eye patients as well as competent answering of their concerns
• Processing of email correspondence and completion of further administrative tasks

• Completed further training as a medical secretary as well as ideally some years of professional experience
