In order to integrate our Dimab Yverdon concession, we are looking for, for a start date to be agreed, a New and used vehicle sales advisor at 100% A true ambassador of our concession, you accompany our female and male customers throughout their purchasing journey with professionalism and enthusiasm. In close collaboration with the various departments, you actively contribute to the development of sales as well as to the satisfaction and long-term loyalty of our clientele. Your main tasks: • Ambassador for our premium brands • Acquisition, reception, customer advice and active follow-up of your existing portfolio by analyzing needs in order to identify the vehicle that will meet the expectations of your customers • Sale of new and used vehicles • Promotion of various additional products and services • Processing of vehicle trade-in files and taxation • Preparation of offers and sales contracts • Follow-up and support of your female and male customers until the delivery of their vehicle • Proactive participation in showroom activity as well as in exhibitions, events and/or launches of new models Your profile: • Experience in a similar position • Passionate about automobiles, knowledge of the BMW and MINI brands is an asset • Benefiting from a solid network in the Yverdon region • Fluent French, good knowledge of English and German are an asset • Interpersonal ease, facility in prospecting and communication • Positive and proactive personality, knowing how to demonstrate team spirit • Service and results orientation, entrepreneurial spirit and desire to progress • Comfortable with IT tools We offer: • An interesting and varied activity within a dynamic and stimulating environment • Possibilities for training and development • The opportunity to evolve within a recognized and solidly established group and to work with a recognized and well-positioned brand • A company vehicle and motivating salary conditions • Advantageous conditions reserved for our female and male employees • A team that looks forward to welcoming you!
