Your tasks <br /> • Conduct written, telephone, or personal negotiations with taxpayers and representatives • Assist customers at the counter • Carry out debt collection measures according to the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) supported by systems • Process and decide on deferral, remission, and waiver requests • Process payment transactions as well as carry out set-offs and write-offs <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed training as a Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ or equivalent training (knowledge of debt enforcement is an advantage) • Enjoyment of telephone, personal, and written customer contact • Ability to work in a team and openness to different conversation cultures • Ability to make decisions and negotiation skills.
