Do you want to take on overall responsibility for a growing market segment and actively shape the strategic, technical, and market-oriented further development of an innovative Mobiliar portfolio? Our client is a leading company headquartered in Eastern Switzerland. For the establishment of a new business field in the Healthcare segment, we are looking for an analytically strong and convincing personality with a lot of drive and ideas for the go-to-market strategy (EU).

• Initiating new product ideas and strategic further development of the product range
• Close cooperation with the interfaces in development, production, and sales

Your area of responsibility and tasks:

• Analysis of customer requirements, applications, and market trends to derive measures
• Conducting market analyses, market studies, and research activities to define goals and KPIs for the sustainable increase of customer satisfaction and revenue
• Leading responsibility for market launches as well as active sales support
• Active stakeholder management: establishment, maintenance, and development of customer relationships (hospital)
• Initiating new product ideas and strategic further development of the portfolio
• Close cooperation with internal teams such as product management, sales, marketing, and tech

Your profile:

• Education and professional experience in an industrial or medical technology environment
• Several years of experience in an international B2B environment
• Passion for healthcare topics, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial action
• Living customer orientation as a central value while considering economic efficiency
• Determined, committed, and working independently – high capacity for motivation and enthusiasm
• Native German language, very good English skills, other languages FR/IT an advantage
