Group Leader Finishing Works (80-100%) - Baden & Zürich Region

For our client, an established construction company in the Baden and Zürich area, we are looking for an experienced Group Leader for finishing works, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will take responsibility on the construction site, lead a small team, and actively participate in finishing and surfacing works.

Job Description ##

• Independent execution of finishing works in new construction
• Leading a team of 4-8 employees
• Organization and coordination of daily construction site works
• Surveying work and setting out on the construction site
• Ensuring quality, occupational safety, and timely execution
• Close cooperation with site managers and foremen

We expect ##

• Professional experience as a finisher in new construction and renovation
• Experience in leading employees
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Proficient in surveying work
• Conscientious, reliable, and independent way of working
• Driver's license category B mandatory
• Experience in reporting on iPad or tablet
• Crane license and M1 are an advantage
• Team player and resilient personality
