With your careful work, you check prescriptions and invoices, clarify facts and ensure high-quality processing of our service cases. What you achieve every day You check and process invoices as well as prescriptions in the areas of nursing home, Spitex and paramedicine and ensure correct and efficient service processing in accordance with legal and contractual requirements. Through written and telephone exchange with insured persons, service providers and internal specialist departments, you ensure understandable and reliable communication. If necessary, you obtain medical information and clarify open matters. With your customer-oriented work, you ensure high service quality and actively contribute to making our insured persons feel well taken care of at all times. What you bring to the team You have completed training in the (para-)medical, commercial or a comparable field and bring interest in complex issues in the health and insurance industry. You have an easy time dealing with digital work tools and bring a pronounced IT affinity. Knowledge of Syrius is an advantage.
