Support us with your expertise in accounts receivable management.

Tasks ##

• You competently process all accounts receivable matters on a daily basis and ensure correct handling.
• You check customer credits and determine payouts.
• You enjoy customer contact and provide professional information about the current account balance both in writing and orally.
• You ensure that credit adjustments are carried out error-free and documented correctly.
• Together with our customers, you make agreements on payments and installment plans and find fair solutions for both sides.

Profile ##

• You have already completed basic commercial training. Initial professional experience in customer contact or the accounts receivable environment is a plus.
• Your strong customer and team orientation particularly pleases us.
• You are characterized by proficient use of MS-Office applications, and you score extra points with good SAP knowledge and experience in the field of accounts receivable.
• You have an exact and structured way of working and enjoy performing routine tasks.
• You are proficient in the German language and can also communicate appropriately in English and, advantageously, in another language.
