In order to build on our success in the Swiss market, we are looking for
for our Lucens site, immediately or by agreement, a:
Customer Service Collaborator
Your missions
Process various commercial requests from our customers (receipt, follow-up and management of orders)
Respond professionally by telephone or by e-mail to various
customer solicitations
Participate in the training of commercial apprentices
Support external sales for the drafting of offers
Your profile
You are bilingual Swiss-German / French
You have a commercial or administrative training or equivalent experience
You have experience in the construction sector = advantage
You are customer-oriented and possess good resistance to stress
You communicate with ease and have a strong team spirit
You master usual IT tools - SAP = asset
