The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the Est vaudois. It carries out a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaud regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaudois and Valaisan Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected through its practices, its training, and its openness to other approaches.

THE MISSION
Coordinate the medical, clinical, and organizational activities of the adult or geriatric psychiatry team, guarantee the supervision of assistant physicians and trainees, as well as coordinate care with external networks and relatives.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A person holding a recognized medical degree (foreign degree with MEBEKO recognition), nearing the completion of the FMH title in psychiatry. We are looking for a person motivated by the institutional project of the Fondation, having the capacity to engage in a relational process, liking interdisciplinary work, and having great autonomy.
