• Be responsible for the operation, monitoring, control, and regulation of the technical facilities in the areas of heating, air conditioning, filters, ventilation, water, and energy supply and monitor and maintain all technical systems for functionality and safety
• Carry out maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, repair, and inspection work
• Supervise and perform grounds work, ice control, and snow removal
• Ensure the handover and return of infrastructures, the maintenance of shooting ranges and training facilities including barriers, facilities, and cleanup work
• Perform the administration and monitoring of the storage of plant operating materials and substances
• Manage key administration

• Completed technical or manual vocational training with several years of professional experience in the area of operation, maintenance, and upkeep of plants, buildings, and objects
• Category B driver's license as well as good IT user skills required
• Flexible personality with a conscientious and independent way of working as well as the willingness to perform on-call duties and interventions outside of working hours
• Customer- and team-oriented behavior with a strong service mindset
• A high degree of motivation to learn and adaptability
