As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take on a responsible role in outpatient care during the day shift in the Winterthur region. With a workload of 40 to 100%, you will independently care for clients in their home environment and ensure high-quality Spitex care without weekend services. Start immediately or by arrangement. What awaits you in this challenging task • Independent implementation and organization of nursing assignments in the home environment • Ensuring high-quality, individual, and resource-oriented care • Professional implementation of medical prescriptions as well as electronic documentation of nursing processes • Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies • Support and accompaniment of clients in everyday life What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
