Tasks:
-You help customers with problems
-You are responsible for the advice and sale of our products and services and achieve sales and development goals thanks to your commitment and a healthy portion of ambition
-With professionalism & friendliness as well as correct data entry in various IT systems, you promote the building of trust and customer loyalty

Requirements:

-You have training (KV / retail) or experience in telephone customer service and remain confident even in demanding customer conversations (e.g. complaints)
-German is your mother tongue
-Additionally you speak French or Italian (at least level B2)
-You have a pronounced flair & interest in electronic media
