Your challenge!

In your capacity as Property Manager-Operational Manager, you play a key role in the organization, optimization, and efficient planning of the activities and work of a management team, composed mostly of buildings belonging to commercial clients. A true conductor, you will be the guarantor of the balance between available resources, strategic objectives, and operational requirements. You will ensure that mandates are assigned efficiently, that workflows are harmonized, and that the team evolves within a structured and high-performing framework.

Thanks to your mastery of planning tools and performance indicators, you ensure rigorous monitoring and constant alignment of activities. You propose and implement innovative solutions aimed at strengthening continuous improvement and optimizing operational efficiency. In support of the coordinator, you are also able to ensure team management if needed.

Your skills and personality

Holder of a Federal Diploma of Building Manager, you are endowed with true interpersonal skills that allow you to be recognized for your professional knowledge. You also possess proven skills in the planning and coordination of activities. You master tenancy law and are comfortable in an agile and collaborative environment.

Endowed with a keen sense of organization and anticipation, you are recognized for your rigor, your excellent sense of priorities, and your reliability. Your analytical and solution-oriented mindset allows you to quickly identify levers for improvement and act with efficiency. Your collaborative leadership and your exemplary nature inspire confidence and unite your interlocutors. Calm and thoughtful, including in sensitive contexts or under pressure, you are recognized for your team spirit and know how to communicate with clarity, diplomacy, and build solid cooperative relationships.
