AI Integration & Operational Efficiency Specialist (M/F/X)

Your mission

Transform our industrial operations through AI.

Reporting directly to management, your main objective will be to infuse artificial intelligence into the heart of our industrial and administrative processes in order to maximize the efficiency of our teams. Your role will not be to deploy technology for the sake of technology, but to provide concrete and tailor-made AI solutions, perfectly adapted to the daily tasks of each employee.

Your key responsibilities

• Audit of positions and processes: Analyze each workstation in detail and dissect job descriptions (factory and office teams) to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Tailor-made AI solutions: Design, propose, and implement AI tools and applications adapted to the specific needs and workflow of each employee.
• Change management: Train, guide, and support our teams on the ground to ensure a smooth and successful adoption of these new tools.
• Technological and competitive monitoring: Constantly explore, test, and evaluate the latest developments in the AI market to keep our industrial operations at the forefront of innovation.

Your profile

• AI expertise: You possess perfect knowledge of existing AI applications (LLM, automation platforms, intelligent agents, and productivity tools).
• Overflowing passion: You are a technology enthusiast, the field of AI drives you daily and you naturally dedicate time to sector monitoring.
• English proficiency: An excellent level of English (written and spoken) is indispensable to master global technological tools and collaborate effectively.
• Analytical spirit and human sense: Capable of quickly understanding complex industrial workflows, you demonstrate empathy to identify user pain points.
