Job description

• Overall responsibility for several companies within the group, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility as well as leadership of the local management teams
• Further development of the organization and creation of common standards, processes, and central services while simultaneously maintaining regional strengths
• Expansion of the service offering along the building life cycle and promotion of synergies between the different business areas
• Management of transformation and digitalization initiatives to optimize service processes, deployment planning, and operational processes
• Responsibility for the identification, evaluation, and integration of new companies as part of the growth strategy
• Maintenance and expansion of relationships with key customers, business partners, and relevant market players
• Representation of the corporate group towards employees, customers, and external stakeholders

Profile

• Leadership experience in building technology, Facility Management, finishing trades, or a comparable technical service environment
• Demonstrable responsibility for turnover, results, and the successful management of several locations or business units
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to shape and high implementation strength
• Experience in change processes, organizational development, as well as the integration of teams or companies
• Good understanding of the needs of real estate owners, administrations, and commercial customers
• Communicative, convincing, and down-to-earth personality with high credibility at all levels
• German at native level, other national languages are an advantage
