To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists.

For the creation and maintenance of documents in the analytical GMP environment, we are looking for a Scientific Writer Quality Control. In this diverse and interdisciplinary function, you will form the interface between our analytical laboratory groups, the analytical project managers, the regulatory area, and quality assurance.

Your tasks:

• Independent creation of all documents in the analytical field, such as validation and stability documents, analysis and working instructions, as well as templates
• Constant maintenance and improvement of templates
• Proactive collaboration on the improvement of document processes
• Ensuring the flow of information between the different interfaces, as well as active collaboration in project teams
• Timely completion of documents
• Working with the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Working with automated stability data systems (e.g., StudyGen)
• Working with chromatography software (Chromeleon)

Your profile:

• Completed scientific studies or analogous experience (e.g., vocational training with many years of professional experience)
• Very good experience with Office programs, especially with Microsoft applications and their advanced functions
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player, reliable, and flexible personality
• Quality-conscious, exact, and service-oriented way of working
• A flair and interest in digitalization processes, especially in the document environment
• Proactive personality with great interest in improvements of any kind in the document environment
• Professional experience in a GxP environment desirable
• Expert knowledge in the analytical environment
• Experience in handling a Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS)
• Experience with a Document Management System is an advantage (e.g., MasterControl or Veeva)
