In the Data, Technology & Innovation area, around 600 software and system developers work throughout Switzerland and develop tomorrow's technology in-house. In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks.
We shape and integrate the latest tools, host hackathons and our agile product teams run self-organized and are independently responsible from A to Z.

What awaits you

• You are part of the Product Team "Genialytics" and bring data-driven insights into the further development of our P&C processes and products in the area of offer creation - with the goal of achieving real, measurable efficiency gains
• You analyze our offering processes systematically and based on data - e.g. using Process Mining - identify weaknesses, bottlenecks and optimization potential and translate your findings into concrete recommendations for action
• You dive deep into our modeled P&C products: You understand the logic and rules behind them, question them critically and work together with the business to develop possibilities for how these rules can be simplified, harmonized or specifically adapted - for leaner processes and a better customer experience
• You work closely with underwriters, product managers, AI engineers and data scientists and are the bridge between the data world and technical know-how - you turn numbers into stories that move the business to action
• You actively contribute your knowledge to the team - through technical exchange, sharing methods and best practices and the joint further development of our analytical capabilities

What you bring with you

• You bring experience as a Data Scientist or in a comparable analytical role - and a track record of generating real value for the business from data.
• You have experience with Process Mining or comparable methods for data-based process analysis - and know how to transform event data into action-relevant insights.
• Python and the Data Science Stack (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn or similar) are your everyday life; you know how to structure, analyze and visualize data to make complex matters understandable.
• You can immerse yourself deeply in business processes and product logics - you understand not only the data but also the technical context behind it. Knowledge in the P&C insurance business is a clear plus.
• You are curious, analytical and have the courage to question the status quo - because you know: the most valuable insights often arise where no one has looked closely before
• You speak fluent German and English
