HR Specialist 40-50% Within the site's HR team, you coordinate the payroll process in connection with our external provider, ensure the quality of HR data as a SAP SuccessFactors Key User and contribute to time management tasks related to payroll. You are the key point of contact guaranteeing the reliability and compliance of processes. Payroll coordination (external provider) Ensure the coordination of the payroll process with the external provider Enter, collect, control and transmit variable elements (absences, bonuses, transfers, etc.) Verify payroll data and analyze discrepancies before validation Be the point of contact for payroll-related questions (employees, managers) Manage withholding tax and social insurance (family allowances, ILO, etc.) in connection with the provider Monitor legal obligations (salary certificates, annual declarations) Participate in internal and external audits Ensure the interface with Finance for the transmission of accounting data SuccessFactors – Key User Guarantee the quality and reliability of HR data in the system Manage entries, exits and contractual modifications in SuccessFactors Provide functional support to users and monitor incidents Participate in system tests and evolutions Maintain the organizational chart and produce associated reporting Training in human resources or an equivalent field Proven experience in payroll management in Switzerland (indispensable) Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and withholding tax Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or an equivalent HR system Comfortable with IT tools and data processing (Excel) Rigor, attention to detail and discretion Customer orientation, autonomy and ability to prioritize Fluent French, very good knowledge of English (min.
