VW commercial vehicle salesperson (M/F)

Since 1959, Automobiles Senn has been supporting individuals and companies in their mobility. As the no. 1 mobility interlocutor in the canton of Neuchâtel, our family group distributes the brands Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA and Volkswagen Véhicules Utilitaires across four sites: Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Thielle and Yverdon-les-Bains.

To develop our Volkswagen Véhicules Utilitaires business, we are looking for a salesperson who enjoys both advising in the showroom and going out to conquer new customers in the field.

Your mission

• Sell the entire Volkswagen Véhicules Utilitaires range: the Life range for individuals and the range dedicated to professionals.
• Actively prospect companies, artisans and independent workers throughout the canton of Neuchâtel — field visits, local network, structured follow-up
• Build complete solutions: conversions and fittings, financing, leasing, trade-ins
• Develop lasting relationships with a demanding professional clientele and become their reference contact
• Manage your portfolio and your pipeline in the CRM, in direct link with the commercial management

Your profile

• Proven experience in sales, ideally with a B2B or field dimension; automotive experience is an asset, not a requirement
• Hunter temperament: autonomy, initiative and perseverance in prospecting
• Ability to understand the business needs of an artisan, an SME or a fleet manager, and to respond to them concretely
• Excellent presentation and perfect command of French; German is a plus
• Category B driving license
