For a permanent position, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, for a

Planner (M/F)

Your mission:

• Analyze production needs
• Guarantee the consistency and adequacy of load/capacity at the workstations within your scope.
• Plan production according to customer needs by cooperating with other planners and other logistics actors.
• Ensure transverse communication with production workshops and support services.
• Manage the evolution of items and flows while guaranteeing the consistency of master data.
• Propose and participate in the implementation of solutions to guarantee production volumes.
• Manage the management tools inherent to your activity.
• Be the preferred contact for customers and ensure the follow-up of their order portfolio, from the receipt of the need until delivery.

Required technical skills:

• Excellent understanding of logistical flows.
• Confirmed experience in analyzing material requirements planning (MRP).
• Very good command of Excel and an ERP (ideally SAP).

Your profile:

• Bachelor's in Production Management (or equivalent).
• 5 years of significant experience in planning in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and diplomacy.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor and ability to propose solutions.
• Customer orientation and adaptability.
