Group Leader Transport (m/f/d) 100%

In this varied function, you will lead the Transport group with 9 directly subordinate employees, are the process owner of all transport-specific processes, and bear responsibility for the reliable transport of our employees to the respective donation sites. In addition, you ensure that blood collections and materials arrive at the right place at the right time.

What you can achieve

• Technical, administrative, and personnel leadership of the Transport group
• Ensuring personnel and material transport for mobile blood donation actions
• Responsible for the delivery of blood products to the regional hospitals as well as for the goods and blood collection at our blood donation centers
• Planning and monitoring of the different tours taking into account the applicable legal regulations
• Ensuring the operational readiness of the vehicle fleet
• Monitoring and controlling the processes according to GMP specifications
• Contact person for quality matters and leading specialist projects
• If necessary, you will take over individual tours

What you bring with you

• Manual or technical basic training in the automotive industry. A commercial diploma and initial leadership experience are an advantage
• Driver's license of category C1E and D1E (CZV) as well as a safe and calm driving style
• Strong communication skills in German and French
• Independent, reliable, and autonomous way of working and a very high awareness of quality
• Enjoyment of working in a structured environment (GMP experience is an advantage)
• High organizational skills as well as good MS Office knowledge
• Flexibility for the occasional takeover of tours with different working hours
