As part of a large-scale, long-term project, we are looking for an experienced Building Draftsman / Architect with excellent BIM mastery for our client based in Genève.

Job Description
--------------------

• Create and update technical plans and drawings in a BIM environment.
• Participate in the design and development of construction projects.
• Produce the plans necessary for the various phases of the project, from design to execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and various project stakeholders.
• Guarantee the quality of the produced documents and compliance with SIA standards and Swiss standards.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Training as a building draftsman, architect or equivalent training.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland in the building sector.
• Excellent mastery of BIM and concrete experience in producing plans in this environment.
• Very good knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss construction techniques.
• Experienced, autonomous, rigorous person, with a real capacity to produce drawings and to work on a large-scale project.
