Your tasks

• Accompanying and promoting people in their individual everyday lives as well as opening new perspectives through creativity and art
• Leading the Creative Atelier team in technical and personnel aspects together with the Co-Team Leader
• Helping to shape and further develop the range of services
• Maintaining constructive and professional cooperation with authorities, social services, specialist agencies, employers, therapists, relatives as well as external partners and clients
• Collaborating in the further development of the quality management system (QMS) as well as shaping individual guidance and support according to the defined QM processes
• Participation in internal and external continuing education as well as supervisions
• Reflecting and continuous further development of the technical work together in the team
• Co-responsibility for the quality management (QMS) in the area

You bring with you

• Completed training in the social, health, or comparable field or training at HF/FH/Bachelor level
• Several years of professional experience in a social or caregiving environment
• Further training in the field of leadership or willingness to complete it
• Several years of leadership experience – from recruitment through personnel management and development to the departure of employees
• Training as a practical instructor or willingness to complete it
• Interest in art and creativity as well as ideally experience in the field of art and design
• Organizational competence, an independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as confidence in handling administrative tasks and digital work tools
• High social competence, resilience and assertiveness
• An appreciative attitude as well as enjoyment of team-oriented and solution-oriented work
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and making a difference together with others
• Flexibility for assignments at the locations Aarau and Lenzburg
• Identification with the mission statement
