CNC Operator / Setter Short Turning 100 (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally active company in the medical technology industry with several production sites worldwide and a strong presence in Switzerland. The company specializes in the development and manufacture of high-quality products for the medical sector, combining precision with state-of-the-art technology. To strengthen the production team at the Holstein location, we are looking for a committed personality as CNC Operator / Setter Short Turning 100% immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent setting up and operating of modern CNC short turning machines
• Tool changes as well as corrections to CNC programs and tool offsets
• Monitoring of the production process and ensuring smooth operation
• Carrying out quality controls with measuring instruments according to the inspection plan
• Rectifying minor malfunctions and performing simple maintenance work
• Documentation of measurement results

Your profile

• Training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC short turning machines
• Good knowledge in handling measuring instruments
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious way of working
• Technical understanding and ability to work in a team
• Readiness for shift work
