Polymechaniker/in – CAM/CNC Programming (100%)

Main tasks:

• Programming, setting up and monitoring CNC machines and production facilities
• Optimizing CNC programs and manufacturing processes
• Ensuring the defined production process as well as validation of new process steps
• Manufacture of prototypes as well as small and medium series
• Carrying out quality controls according to GMP as well as supporting general quality control
• Programming and operating the laser machine and the sandblasting device
• Assistance in the optimization of production processes
• Compliance with and implementation of quality requirements according to ISO 13485 and MDR
• Carrying out maintenance work on machines and production facilities

Requirements:

• Completed mechanical vocational training, e.g., as Polymechaniker or Produktionsmechaniker
• Experience as a CNC mechanic is an advantage
• Experience in CAM programming as well as with Fanuc controls
• Knowledge in machining technology, ideally in medical technology
• Fluent German in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
• Independent and efficient way of working as well as technical interest
