The position

• You process construction projects in the various project phases, including their structural and design aspects
• You are responsible for the development of architectural concepts as well as the elaboration of preliminary, construction, and execution projects
• You perform the leadership tasks required for the project and coordinate specialist planners, specialists, and authorities
• You support the project management in planning to achieve project goals as well as in cost planning, schedule monitoring, and quality assurance

Your profile

• Degree as an Architect FH or ETH or respectively dipl. Techniker:in HF Bauplanung Architektur
• Basic training as a Zeichner:in EFZ Architektur is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in project execution in Switzerland
• Knowledgeable in Swiss standards and contractual frameworks
• Sound specialist knowledge regarding structural and practice-related detail and execution planning
• Passion for complex projects in all construction tasks
• Whether independently or in a team, you convince as an uncomplicated, pragmatic, and solution-oriented doer who likes to challenge themselves and handles pressure situations with expertise
• Organizational skills, structured and methodical way of working, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D, 3D, BIM) is an advantage
• You are proficient in negotiation, speak German, and have experienced use of MS-Office
