• Coordinate the further development of HR-IT changes between business analysis and development
• Support the creation of decision-making bases for the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Support the HR project manager in agile project management

• University degree or higher vocational training in business informatics or business administration
• Analytical, conceptual, networked and independent thinking and acting
• Experience in IT operations, requirements engineering and in IT projects is an advantage
• Consulting competence with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of a second official language is a plus

The Army Staff (A Stab) supports the Chief of the Army in leading the Departmental area of Defense and is responsible for the overall military planning and development of the Swiss Army. Here, in accordance with political specifications, the strategic foundations, the development of the armed forces and the army and armament planning are developed, and tasks in the international security context are performed. The leadership, management and coordination of all cross-cutting areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall within the responsibility of the Army Staff.
