Your contribution to our team

As a customer advisor in the sales back office, you are the central contact person for our customers. With your training as an electrical installer or montage electrician and your commercial flair, you advise our customers competently and friendly - both in person and by telephone. You take over the complete order processing, from the creation of quotes to ensuring product availability. In doing so, you also provide price information and details regarding delivery times. Your area of responsibility also includes the professional processing of complaints, in which you always act confidently and solution-oriented. With your reliable and professional manner, you contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our customers.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Elektroinstallateur EFZ or Montage-Elektriker EFZ
• Commercial knowledge
• MS-Office knowledge
• Sales personality with high customer orientation
• Independent and exact way of working
• Team-oriented and flexible personality with high commitment and resilience
