Your responsibilities: ###

• Ensure advance preparations and plate plating in compliance with established standards
• Prepare and cook dishes à la minute, including direct interaction with customers
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your workstation
• Rigorously apply hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)

Your Profile: ###

• CFC in cooking or training deemed equivalent
• Comfortable in high-activity environments and endowed with good stress resistance
• Developed team spirit and good interpersonal skills
• Rigor, technical mastery, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
