In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR & recruitment Assistant (M/F). We offer you a dynamic professional project within a cohesive team, with the possibility to actively participate in many projects. The activity rate is flexible and can vary from 50% to 100% depending on your profile.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the reception and welcome of candidates and our temporary employees.
• You will be responsible for time entry and the administrative management of assignments.
• You will be the primary contact for accident declarations, family allowance requests, and questions relating to payroll statements.
• You will support the recruitment process, from the analysis of applications to the pre-selection of profiles.
• You will be an available, proactive, flexible, and involved contact person for our candidates and employees.
• You will be an ambassador for our company, its values, and its principles.

Your profile:

• You perfectly master French and have excellent writing skills.
• You have good knowledge of German, which constitutes a real asset.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the personnel placement sector or in a dynamic HR department.
• You have a good command of standard IT tools.
• You have real interpersonal skills (availability, rigor, interpersonal skills...).
• You are a trustworthy, bright, smiling, and discreet person.
• You have good knowledge of the Bienne region and its surroundings, which constitutes an asset.
• Whether you are university-educated or self-taught, you are above all a passionate talent motivated to learn.
• You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
