Your contribution

• Handle customs criminal dossiers predominantly in French
• Draft criminal decisions, indictments and referral practices destined for cantonal public prosecutor's offices as well as observations to federal courts
• Represent the SEM before cantonal criminal courts within the scope of prosecution proceedings
• Conduct internal training and continuing education

• University degree in law and several years of professional experience in the field of criminal prosecution
• Analytical and precise working method, excellent written and oral expression
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a high sense of justice
• Good knowledge of a second official language
