ERP Applikation Manager/in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (56367)

Task For a client we are looking for an experienced ERP Applikation Manager with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the support and further development of an international ERP landscape. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) as well as Business Central. You will act as a technical contact person on a global level and actively drive the further development of the ERP systems. Your tasks also include the planning and management of international rollouts as well as the control and implementation of IT projects and sub-projects. You coordinate external IT partners and suppliers and ensure smooth cooperation. In the operational area, you are responsible for First-, Second-, and Third-Level-Support and advise users on functional and technical questions. Furthermore, you assume leadership responsibility in the establishment and further development of ERP Applikation Specialists, including resource planning and the promotion of best practices as well as knowledge exchange.
