Construction Project Manager Industrial and Commercial Construction (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of construction, timber construction and architecture, we are looking for an experienced individual as a Construction Project Manager Industrial and Commercial Construction (m/f/d). In this role, you will lead demanding construction projects from tendering to handover and will be the central contact person for clients, planning, authorities and execution. A versatile task awaits you with responsibility, direct site connection and exciting projects.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the professional, timely, cost-effective and quality-compliant execution of construction projects
• Management of construction execution including site organization and coordination of those involved
• Creation and monitoring of schedules and construction programs
• Control of execution plans as well as support for tendering, awarding, acceptance and handover
• Leadership and coordination of subcontractors, partner companies and specialist planners
• Early recognition of risks as well as active management of project and construction processes
• Ensuring occupational safety, standards and a clean project handover

Profile

• Basic technical construction training, e.g. as a mason, carpenter or draftsman
• Further training as a construction manager or project manager is an advantage
• Several years of experience in construction management or project management in the Swiss construction industry
• Experience in timber construction is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and guidelines in the construction industry
• Structured, independent and team-oriented way of working with a confident appearance
