Clerk Customer Service Center 100 % DE/FR Luzern What you achieve • As the first point of contact, you receive customer inquiries in the inbound process in several languages. • You are a true communication talent and enjoy supporting people. In doing so, service and customer satisfaction come first. • As a clerk, you process inquiries in the areas of prevention, insurance, and our online services holistically - from telephony via e-mails to 1st-level support. In doing so, you ensure availability during service hours together with the team. • In addition to telephony, you ensure efficient post-processing in the customer system and maintain an overview even with a high workload.   What you bring • You have a commercial basic education or equivalent training and have practical experience in a contact center as well as basic knowledge in the insurance sector. • High advisory and service competence as well as independent thinking and acting characterize you. • Your German language skills at native level are supplemented by very good language skills in French (min. C1). Italian language skills are a plus. • You think in a service-oriented manner, recognize potential for optimization, and contribute proactively to the further development of processes and within the team. • You enjoy taking on responsibility, making decisions, and maintaining an overview even in demanding situations.
