Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Patient disposition in cooperation with the rehab counselors
• Obtaining prescriptions and cost approvals
• Coordination of admission dates in the rehab clinics and organization of transports
• Hub between the treatment team, rehab counselors, rehab clinics, and payers
• Case intake and general telephone service

What you bring for this position ##

• Commercial or medical basic training (Med. Praxisassistent/in or Fachangestellte/r Gesundheit)
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a hospital or health insurance
• High service orientation as well as independence and sense of responsibility
• High resilience
